About the Course

• The Total Mermaid Transformation is a 7-day, all-in-one mermaid experience designed for dreamers who are ready to make the ocean their stage and their career. You'll start by mastering the foundational skills of breath control, underwater movement, and safety — then level up your technique, performance style, and aquatic endurance in the Advanced Mermaid module.

• From there, you'll dive into professional-level training, learning how to guide, instruct, and inspire future mermaids. By the end of the week, you won’t just look the part — you'll be the part, equipped with real credentials and the skills to work anywhere in the growing mermaid industry.

• This course is intensive, empowering, and transformative. It’s also incredibly fun — blending serious safety and skill development with the joy of performance, play, and connection to the sea.

What to Bring

• Mermaid Monofin and Skin

• Sun-protective clothing and a change of clothing

• Reef Safe Sunscreen

• Low-volume mask and J-style freediving snorkel

• Nose clip or sinus-saver nose plugs (optional)

• Bifins appropriate for freediving

• A secure swimsuit

• Towels

• Water and snacks

• Course materials as needed to conduct presentations: Laptop, iPad, mobile device

• Notebook

If you bring your own mermaid tail it must be from one of the following brands:

Mermaid Linden, Suntails, Mertailor Whimsy, Fin Fun, or Cape Cali.

Mermaid Linden is highly recommended for beginners.

You may rent one from the store if you do not own a tail.
