This remarkable dive site is a distinct section of MUSA, separate from The Silent Evolution. Here, you can explore a variety of statues created by artists from around the world. The site features an eclectic mix of underwater houses, grenades, a time bomb, and a Seascape that resembles a portal to another dimension. If you pay close attention, you might spot a hidden space invader in amongst the statues. One of the houses is interactive, allowing divers to blow bubbles up through a chimney.
These artificial reefs are constructed on featureless sea beds that typically lack appeal for underwater visitors. Where no marine life once existed, an independent ecosystem is now thriving, teeming with life and resulting in increased biological diversity.
From a scientific perspective, much has been learned about how ecosystems function. The interactions between species and their roles in maintaining a natural, self-sustaining ecosystem become evident, with each species playing its part in keeping the ecosystem balanced.
