SPECIFICATIONS AND INCLUSIONS
You must show an official ID at the park's ticket office (adults and children, too)
Pick-up times range between 7:00 am and 7:30 am depending on the location of your hotel (or meeting point)
Your pick-up schedule and more details are sent by email after booking
TOUR TIPS
Wear comfortable beachwear, water shoes, and a swimming suit and bring a towel
Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable for you to use it at the park. If it contains one of the following ingredients you will have to leave it at the ticket office: octocrylene, benzophenone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, hexyldecanol, dimethyl apramide, cetyl dimethicone, methylparaben, polyethylene, propylparaben, butylcarbamate
Bring a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list
